Result

labis-2 was preserved inside the canonical LABIS monorepo at:

fronts/eppa/sources/local/legacy-repos/labis-2/

The import copied all useful tracked source/data files from the source repo:

  • Python EPPA migration scripts.
  • MATLAB source.
  • Legacy tests.
  • Marker fixtures.
  • Large CSV artifacts, tracked through Git LFS.
  • Source README and .gitignore.

The import intentionally excluded only local environment noise:

  • .DS_Store
  • .idea/

Validation

  • 27 imported blobs were verified with git hash-object against the source repo tree.
  • 7 excluded blobs were limited to .DS_Store and .idea/.
  • bash shared/scripts/check-privacy.sh passed with the pre-existing manual review warning for patient-like filenames in older ortho_posture legacy data.
  • bash docs/ops/check-inventory.sh passed after updating the LABIS inventory.

Disposition

After this import is committed and pushed, the standalone larancibia/labis-2 remote can be deleted as migrated legacy content. Active development remains in fronts/eppa/.
